About us

Who are we?

JunGlobal Healthcare Solutions Ltd is a healthcare, pharmaceutical, and business development consultancy firm dedicated to supporting both indigenous and international organizations in successfully entering, navigating, and scaling within the Nigerian and broader African markets.

We specialize in regulatory advisory, market access strategy, pharmaceutical marketing, hospital and institutional business (HIB) development, and commercialization execution—ensuring that products not only achieve regulatory approval but also attain sustainable market penetration, strong brand visibility, and long-term revenue growth.

Our approach is driven by market intelligence, research, and data analytics, enabling evidence-based decision-making across the full product value chain. We provide end-to-end support from product registration and positioning to lifecycle management, institutional engagement, distribution structuring, and post-launch performance optimization.

We provide healthcare supply chain management and strengthening services, supporting efficient product movement, institutional access, and availability across distribution channels, including collaboration with procurement agencies, DMAs, and healthcare providers.

We support our partners in building and strengthening brand visibility for both companies and products through strategic marketing frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and targeted communication within the healthcare ecosystem.

We deliver staff capacity building, field force training, and sales team coaching—equipping commercial and medical teams with the skills, knowledge, and strategic alignment required to drive product adoption, institutional engagement, and sustained market performance. We also support strategic talent acquisition, recruitment, and team structuring.

In addition to our commercial expertise, we design and implement public health programs and interventions, working with private sector organizations, government agencies, NGOs, and international development partners.
